Sally discovered Barre 10 years ago when she was searching for a low impact workout after being an avid runner throughout high school and college. After her first class, she was hooked and knew she wanted to own a studio of her own one day. She later discovered Barre Forte and was obsessed with the class format and is ecstatic to now be the owner of the University Hills location. She’s passionate about community, adores her members, and encourages anyone and everyone to come try a class! Sally also has a career in tech sales where her focus is on building strong relationships and being a strategic partner and advisor to her clients. She loves spending time with her family and friends, working out, and enjoying the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
