CLASSES

All studios feature our signature barre class, Barre Forte. Classes include the use of hand weights, yoga straps, therapeutic exercise balls, resistance bands, and other specialty equipment to enhance your workout. No two classes are alike, and with heart pumping music, knowledgeable instructors, and a welcoming environment at each studio, you’ll keep coming back for more.

Many studios feature a variety of additional class formats that complement our signature barre class. These barre-inspired fitness classes include yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, HIIT and more. See below for descriptions of a few of our most popular class formats.

Our signature, 60-minute Barre Forte class follows the foundational principles of barre by isolating, overloading, and stretching each muscle group one by one, resulting in improved strength, posture, and balance. Not only will barre transform your body, but this low impact workout is also a popular cross-training option to prevent injury and improve performance. Small movements, light weights, and high repetitions all make for a great full body workout with a focus on muscle fatigue for increased muscle endurance.

Barre Express is the perfect option to get a great barre burn in quickly and effectively. Get ready for Barre Forte’s signature barre class condensed to just 45 minutes to better fit your schedule!

In this 60-minute, high energy, heart pumping, strength and resistance-focused workout, you will use a mix of heavy weights, body weight, and full range, combination movements to strengthen all major muscle groups.

Our sweat inducing, 🍑-kicking Sculpt class condensed to just 45 minutes so you can get on your way!

Mini trampoline workouts meet Barre Forte in these high energy classes with both cardio and strengthening. Just 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill but is low impact on the joints. Bar(re)bound has three offerings: a 30-minute beginner and 60-minute advanced class that both include segments of beat-driven rebounding and barre-inspired movements, and 45-minute FIIT-Bound, which incorporates alternating circuits with timed intervals of rebound and sculpt-inspired exercises.
