Mini trampoline workouts meet Barre Forte in these high energy classes with both cardio and strengthening. Just 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill but is low impact on the joints. Bar(re)bound has three offerings: a 30-minute beginner and 60-minute advanced class that both include segments of beat-driven rebounding and barre-inspired movements, and 45-minute FIIT-Bound, which incorporates alternating circuits with timed intervals of rebound and sculpt-inspired exercises.

The first half of this class incorporates our signature barre moves followed by a series of yoga stretches, foam rolling and fascial release designed to lengthen and release your muscles.

The Barre Forte Prenatal Series is now available exclusively On Demand! This special five class series was designed especially for pregnant women to take during all phases of their pregnancy – with modifications built in to each class. These videos are featured in our Mindbody On Demand library and are available to members 24/7.

TABATA Barre is true TABATA interval training on the rebounder followed by signature Barre Forte movements. TABATA intervals get your heart rate up and our barre moves strengthen your muscles and increase muscle endurance. Sections on the rebounder are not highly choreographed. A personalized full body workout aims to build strength, balance your body, and leave you feeling challenged yet strong. Modifications are offered for your safety. Each session is personalized and limited to three people.

An aerobic alternative to a typical Pilates class, Pilates Jumpboard combines cardio intervals targeting the legs, glutes, and core. Although the emphasis is on the lower body and the cardio, it is still a personalized full body workout. Jumpboard is low impact, allowing you to increase bone density and endurance. This upbeat class will leave you dripping with sweat and coming back for more. Each session is personalized and limited to three people.

Based on traditional Pilates exercises, these classes include a series of flowing movements using various small props on a mat. This fun full body workout aims to build core strength, improve balance, and create body awareness. Modifications are offered for your safety.

Stretch & Flow is a calming, slower paced, stretch-focused class rooted in the practice of Yin Yoga. This class promotes joint mobility, balance, and flexibility while releasing fascial tension throughout the body. As you move through yoga postures that support functional movement and your barre technique, you’ll restore your mind, body, and spirit.

Join us for a yoga class where movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner where linking movement with the breath is a focus. Beginners as well as seasoned yogis are welcome to try this challenging but attainable flow.

Zumba isn’t just a workout; it’s a dance party where you sweat, smile, and let loose! 45-60 minutes of non-stop cardio fun and Latin-inspired moves that will leave you feeling exhilarated and ready to conquer your day. Zumba pulls from Merengue, Bachata, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Cha-Cha, and more. No dance experience required, we’ll have you movin’ and groovin’ before you know it!

30 minutes of in-studio, barre-based, upper body weight work and core-focused exercises followed by a hike on nearby mountain trails to fire up the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and hips. This 90-minute class is only offered during the summer months and is perfect to get in a solid workout while enjoying the great outdoors. Class time includes travel to nearby trailheads.

This HIIT style 35-minute workout will power up your energy levels and get your heart pumping! This intense session is centered around heavy weights, employing a variety of tools such as heavy dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. Through dynamic, full-range movements, you’ll engage all major muscle groups, leaving you feeling strong and invigorated.

A heated power flow class to build muscle, increase your heart rate, improve physical and mental endurance, and release endorphins.

This bodyweight cross training workout starts with a yoga flow to warm you up, stretch you out and help you build your strength. From Downward Dogs to knee tucks, planks, and chaturangas, to building a strong upper body, lower body, and core, you’ll work through a combination of fun power moves and yoga flows to warm up and fatigue the muscles. Class ends with a cool down of stretching and relaxation. This class will have you feeling on top of the world. Bring your yoga mat and get ready to work!

Rebounding meets strengthening in this fun and energizing workout!  Just 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill but is low impact on the joints.  We use a mix of rebounding segments and muscle strengthening exercises for the ultimate workout focused on cardio and resistance. Other benefits can include strengthening the pelvic floor, stimulating the lymphatic system (which helps flush out toxins), and improving overall balance and coordination.
