Barre Forte’s effective and empowering barre, sculpt and dance inspired fitness classes are coming to Colorado Springs! Located in the heart of downtown on Tejon Street, features two studios: a barre studio and a full Pilates studio.

Classes Offered

BARRE FORTE

Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body, with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time. The Barre Forte workout is also great for toning your upper body and core.

BARRE PILATES COMBO

A challenging class designed to tone and tighten the entire body. The first half of class will warm up your entire body with our awesome Barre Forte style barre moves followed by intense core work from the Pilates mat repertoire.

PILATES EQUIPMENT

Based on the traditional Pilates exercises, these classes include a series of flowing movements using the Pilates reformer, chair, and springboard – all to keep your body guessing and your mind connected. This full body workout aims to build strength, balance the body, and leave you feeling challenged yet strong. Modifications are offered for your safety.

MAT PILATES

Using the method invented by Joseph Pilates, a mat, and a prop or two, all muscles will be challenged, lengthened and strengthened. This class focuses on proper body mechanics, building the mind body connection, and increased core strength. Don’t be fooled by the concept of laying on a mat to workout, you will leave feeling exhilarated.

JUMPBOARD PILATES

An aerobic alternative to a typical Pilates class, Pilates Jumpboard combines cardio intervals targeting the legs, glutes, and core. Although the emphasis is on the lower body and the cardio, it is still a full body workout including abs and arms. Jumpboard is low impact, allowing you to increase bone density and endurance. This upbeat class will leave you dripping with sweat and coming back for more.
