Barre Forte’s effective and empowering barre, sculpt and dance inspired fitness classes are now offered in Colorado Springs! Located in the heart of downtown on Tejon Street, features two studios: a barre studio and a full Pilates studio.


Classes Offered


Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body, with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time. The Barre Forte workout is also great for toning your upper body and core.


In this 60-minute high energy group class, you will use a mix of heavy weights, body weight, and full range movements that will strengthen and sculpt your entire body. Our kick ass barre moves will tone the rest!


The perfect option to get a great burn in quickly and effectively. Get ready for Barre Forte’s signature barre class condensed to just 40 minutes to better fit your schedule!


The first half of this class incorporates our signature barre moves followed by a series of yoga stretches, foam rolling and fascial release designed to lengthen and release your muscles.


Mini trampoline workouts meet Barre Forte in BAR(RE)BOUND! Just 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill, but is low impact on the joints. BAR(RE)BOUND™ incorporates a mix of rebounding segments and barre inspired exercises. Enjoy the benefits of burning hundreds of calories per hour through rebounding, as well as the toning and tightening benefits of barre exercises.


Based on the traditional Pilates exercises, these classes include a series of flowing movements using the Pilates reformer, chair, and springboard – all to keep your body guessing and your mind connected. This full body workout aims to build strength, balance the body, and leave you feeling challenged yet strong. Modifications are offered for your safety.


An aerobic alternative to a typical Pilates class, Pilates Jumpboard combines cardio intervals targeting the legs, glutes, and core. Although the emphasis is on the lower body and the cardio, it is still a full body workout including abs and arms. Jumpboard is low impact, allowing you to increase bone density and endurance. This upbeat class will leave you dripping with sweat and coming back for more.
