Healthified Key Lime Pie for Valentines Day

While, I don’t consider the ingredients in flavored Greek yogurts, and pre-made graham cracker crusts particularly healthy, there’s no doubt that this quick version Key Lime Pie is definitely healthier and lower in calories and sugar than traditional Key Lime Pie.

Ingredients:

  • Chobani Greek Yogurt, Key Lime Blended, 2% Milkfat
  • Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
  • Dairy Whipped Topping
  • Organic, Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened

Directions: 

  • I won’t bore you with the obvious details. Put it together, and store it in the fridge.
  • Don’t tell anyone you made it with Greek yogurt!

Ways to make this healthier:

  • Make your own graham cracker crust with organically made crackers or a blend of cashews and graham crackers
  • Purchase unflavored Greek yogurt and flavor with key lime extract
  • Make your whipped cream from heavy whipping cream and Truvia
