- ½ cup Grape Nuts
- Teaspoon Truvia
- ½ Banana
- Tablespoon Walnuts
- ¼ Skim Milk
Directions: Chop up your banana into bite size pieces. Throw all your ingredients into a cereal bowl. Enjoy!
Dessert Option: If you really wanted to enjoy this recipe as a dessert, I suggest substituting your milk for whipped cream, layering your dry ingredients into a bowl, starting with your bananas, and topping them with your whipped cream and nuts.
