I’ve been dairy free for 8 days and the improvement in my skin is amazing. My 11 year old commented on it last night. I am already a believer, and I can’t wait to see what changes the next 8 days will yield!

Simplest Way to Control Portions
Purchase several measuring bowls and glass measuring cups. Eat straight from them. I know, it sounds overly simple, and it is! I don’t recommend using this technique for a fancy sit down meal, but when there’s no one else around, this is the way to go!
