Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten, and tone your entire body, with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time. The Barre Forte workout is great for all fitness levels (even during pregnancy and post-partum) due to its low-impact nature.
Bounce HIIT is just what you need to take your workout to the next level! This 45-minute class follows the HIIT (high-intensity interval training) technique, which means you will alternate between quick and intense bursts of exercise, followed by less intense and shorter recovery periods. We will work on and off the trampoline for cardio and strengthening exercises. Please note: athletic shoes are required for this class.

In this 60-minute high-energy group class, you will use a mix of heavy weights, body weight, and full-range compound movements that will strengthen and sculpt your entire body. Our kick-ass barre moves will tone the rest!
Mini trampoline workouts meet Barre Forte in our highly-popular BAR(RE)BOUND™, available in both a 30-minute and 60-minute class! BAR(RE)BOUND™ incorporates a mix of rebounding segments and barre-inspired exercises. Just 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill, but is low impact on the joints and even more fun! Enjoy the benefits of burning up to 700-1000 calories per hour through rebounding, as well as the toning and tightening benefits of barre exercises.
